Pay Your Premium Online


NOTE: It is important to pay your Health Plan premium A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE DUE DATE to ensure continuous access to your benefits.

If you’ve already enrolled in E-Bill Express, click here to log in to your account.

Important tips to consider before you go to E-Bill Express:

  • Your credit card or bank account must be associated with a US address. If your credit card or bank account is associated with a non-US address, your payment will not be authorized.
  • Participant ID: Your participant ID is the 8-digit number between the “DGA” and the “J” on your Health Plan ID card as shown below. Enter the numbers only.
    You will also need the last four digits of your social security number.
  • Password: You will be prompted to choose a password for your E-Bill Express account. It must contain a minimum of 8 characters, including at least 3 of the following:
    • 1 or more digits
    • 1 or more uppercase characters
    • 1 or more lowercase characters
    • 1 or more special characters such as “*+-./=?^_{}~!@$“

    Your password CANNOT BE:

    • Your name
    • Your E-Bill Express Login ID

Enrolling vs. Creating a recurring payment
To create a recurring payment in E-Bill Express, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Enroll in E-Bill Express.
  2. Activate your E-Bill Express account using the activation email you receive.
  3. Log into your E-Bill Express account.
  4. Select Add or Delete a Recurring payment.
  5. On the set up page:
    • Choose a name for your recurring payment.
    • The Start On date will be filled in automatically.
    • Choose to Pay this Bill either upon receipt or on a specific date. If you choose to pay your bill on a specific date, you should choose the first of the month to avoid late payments and possible interruption of your benefits until payment is received.
    • Choose how much to pay under Pay this Amount.
    • Enter the rest of the information as requested.

You will receive a confirmation email when your recurring payment has been successfully created.

Setting up a semi-annual recurring payment
If you would like to set up recurring payment of your semi-annual dependent premium, follow the steps below:

  1. Enroll in E-Bill Express if you haven’t already.
  2. Activate your E-Bill Express account using the activation email you receive.
  3. Log into your E-Bill Express account.
  4. Select Add or Delete a Recurring Payment.
  5. On the set up page:
    • Choose a name for your recurring payment.
    • Choose Upon Receipt.
    • Choose Amount Due.
    • Enter the rest of the information as requested.

    This instructs the system to pay the minimum amount due whenever your semi-annual dependent premium bill is uploaded.

Health Plan Eligibility: If you have any questions regarding your eligibility for Health Plan coverage, contact the Health Plan office at (877) 866-2200, ext. 502.

Pay Your Health Plan Premium on Time
If you do not pay your Health Plan self-pay or dependent premium on time, you are risking the suspension of your Health Plan coverage.

While there is a 30-day grace period for Health Plan premium payments (45 days for your initial COBRA premium), it simply means that you have 30 days to pay before your coverage is cancelled. If you miss your premium due date, your coverage will still be suspended until your payment is received. If payment is not received within the 30-day grace period, your coverage will be cancelled.

To maintain uninterrupted access to your health benefits and avoid additional medical expenses, it is best to avoid late payments by paying your premium online by credit card or bank account debit.

About Us

Created as a result of the Directors Guild of America's collective bargaining agreements with producer associations representing the motion picture, television and commercial production industries, the DGA-Producer Pension and Health Plans provide excellent benefits to participants.

The DGA-Producer Pension and Health Plans are separate entities from the DGA and are administered by a Board of Trustees made up of DGA representatives and Producers' representatives.
