Enroll in Direct Deposit to Ensure Uninterrupted Benefit Payments

In light of increasing restrictions ordered by many state and local governments due to the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (“COVID-19”), the Directors Guild of America-Producer Pension Plans (“the Plans”) are making efforts to ensure that there is no disruption to your monthly pension benefit payment if you are set up to receive checks by mail.

These checks are typically printed, signed and mailed at the Plans’ office. Currently, we have implemented our business continuity plan and the majority of our staff are working remotely from home for everyone’s safety. We encourage you to enroll in direct deposit to the bank of your choice.

Please enroll in direct deposit by completing the appropriate Direct Deposit Form below, and return by March 26, 2020 to start receiving your monthly pension benefit payment by direct deposit starting April 1st. If your form is received after March 26, 2020, your direct deposit will be set up at the earliest possible date depending on when the Plans’ office receives your form.

Please return the Direct Deposit Form to our office by one of the preferred delivery methods below:

  2. Fax to (323) 653-3560.

You can also mail your form to the address below. However, this requires additional handling by Plans’ staff, which we are trying to keep to a minimum during this challenging time.
