A new and improved myPHP experience has arrived!

While the information available in your myPHP account will remain the same, get ready for an easier, more pleasant user experience.

	Cleaner, modernized look and feel Enhancements to the myPHP interface provide reduced onscreen clutter, a streamlined color palette and modern formatting.
	Streamlined navigation Converted to a dropdown menu, allowing for faster loading and easier navigation, especially on mobile phones.
	Automatic Address Validation Updating your address is now easier than ever with auto-complete and validations in place to ensure accuracy.

myPHP is open to DGA Plans participants and their dependents age 18 and over.* Just 3 easy steps to create your account:

1. Get your Plan ID number ready
2. Go to dgaplans.org/myPHP/register
3. Follow the onscreen prompts

Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive an email letting you know that you have access to your pension and health information. Documents may take up to 24 hours to appear in your myPHP account.

* By default, information for dependents age 18 and over, including spouses, will not be available on your account unless they have completed an Adult Dependent Authorization Form, which authorizes the Plans office to make their information available to you.
