1099-R Forms Arriving Soon Via Mail and myPHP
If you are scheduled to receive an IRS Form 1099 from the DGA Plans for the 2025 tax year, you can expect your form to arrive soon by mail or in your myPHP portal account under Documents and Forms > Tax Documents. Please note that some recipients may receive multiple 1099s.
