For U.S. participants who reside in California, Anthem Blue Cross is the Health Plan’s provider network.
For U.S. participants who reside outside California, Anthem Blue Cross’ Blue Card network is the Health Plan’s provider network.

As a Health Plan participant living or traveling abroad, you are entitled to certain benefits from the Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Core program (GeoBlue), formerly known as BlueCard Worldwide. Available 24 hours a day, you can reach the Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Core program at (804) 673-1177.

How to Find Network Providers

Go to www.bcbsglobalcore.com.
Check the box accepting the terms and conditions.
Enter “DGA” in the space provided for entering the first three letters of your Member ID.
