Join Plans staff and representatives from its benefits providers at the DGA-Producer Pension and Health Plans’ annual Health Fair and Flu Shot Clinic in Los Angeles.

Flu shots are free to all DGA members and dependents ages 13 and older, regardless of Health Plan coverage status. The DGA Foundation has generously supported these annual events and will continue to cover the cost of the flu shots for participants not covered under the Health Plan in New York City. The Cedars-Sinai Community Health Improvement Program is generously covering the cost of the flu shots for attendees in Los Angeles.
Reservation Instructions
When booking your appointment for the Los Angeles event, you will be taken to the State of California’s MyTurn portal.
- To begin, you’ll be asked to select which vaccine you would like to schedule from a list of vaccines. Please select Flu. Any other vaccine type selected is not available and will not allow you to complete your reservation.
- Next, you will answer insurance coverage questions. Your responses to these questions will not impact your ability to register for the free flu shot.
- After agreeing to the disclosure, you will be able to select the date (October 24) and a time for your appointment.
- You will then be prompted to respond to a few more questions: demographics-related (e.g., race, gender, etc.), additional insurance and ADA accommodation. Your response to these questions will not impact your ability to register for the free flu shot.
- The portal’s final steps will ask for your vaccine-related information and deliver a confirmation for your appointment with an appointment number.
Canceling/Rescheduling Your Appointment
To cancel or reschedule a reservation:
- Click the link provided in your confirmation to manage your appointment. OR go directly to MyTurn at cdph.ca.gov/manage to look up and manage your appointment.
- Select your preferred language and enter the method you would like to use to locate your booking (cell phone number and appointment number or email and appointment number).
- Press Continue.
- Choose Reschedule to select a new time for your flu shot reservation or Cancel to cancel your existing reservation.
- Follow the prompts until you receive a new confirmation with appointment number.

What to Expect When You Arrive for Your Appointment
- Upon arrival at your appointed time, follow the signs to the Flu Shot Clinic sign-in area. NOTE: If you are receiving the flu shot for the first time, expect to stay for 15 minutes following your shot to ensure there are no adverse reactions.
- If you are experiencing a fever or flu-like symptoms on the day of your appointment, please do not attend the Flu Shot Clinic. You should cancel your appointment and consult your medical provider.
