The DGA-Producer Pension & Health Plans will be hosting its annual health fairs and free flu shot clinics exclusively for DGA members (regardless of Health Plan coverage status) and their families in New York City and Los Angeles this fall. Reservations are recommended for all flu shots and can be made below. Plan now for the event nearest you.
The DGA Foundation has generously supported these annual events and will cover the cost of the flu shots for members not covered under the Health Plan in New York City. The Cedars-Sinai Community Health Improvement Program is generously covering the cost of the flu shots in Los Angeles.

IMPORTANT DETAILS – PLEASE READ
Flu Shot Types and Restrictions
- Flu shots are free to all DGA members and dependents ages 13 and older, regardless of Health Plan coverage status.
- A separate flu shot reservation is required for each person in your party.
- Standard and high-dose flu shots are available at both locations. The Fluarix flu vaccine for pregnant individuals will be available at the New York clinic only. In LA, the standard flu shot is also available for those who are pregnant. All flu shots are preservative-free and, according to the CDC, are safe for patients with an egg allergy, pregnant or nursing.

- Reservations for both the New York City and Los Angeles flu shot clinics can be made online using the corresponding buttons above.
Canceling/Rescheduling Your Appointment
- New York: To cancel or reschedule your flu shot clinic appointment, contact the Plans office at (323) 866-2216 or email flushots@dgaplans.org.
- Los Angeles: To cancel or reschedule your reservation, locate and click the link to manage your appointment in your confirmation email or text message from MyTurn. Follow the prompts until you receive a new confirmation.

SUBSCRIBE TO MYPHP AND GO PAPERLESS AT THE HEALTH FAIR
- Sign up for the myPHP benefits portal, where participants in the Pension and Health Plans can access their personal benefits information—including Health Plan eligibility, medical claims, employer contributions, estimated pension benefit accruals, vesting status, pension statements, view your current beneficiaries, and more—wherever you have internet access!
- New myPHP subscribers and current myPHP subscribers who choose paperless delivery of their myPHP documents during the month of October will be entered into a raffle drawing for a $100 Whole Foods gift card.
