NOTE: All topics and services discussed during the webinar may not be a covered benefit under the Health Plan. The Health Plan’s infertility benefits cover medically necessary In vitro fertilization (IVF) and short-term infertility preservation (e.g., short-term egg freezing or semen freezing if scheduled to undergo procedures that may result in loss of fertility, such as radiation or chemotherapy).
