The Plans’ bill payment system E-Bill Express will be temporarily unavailable on June 24 from 2 a.m. to 10 a.m. Pacific Time as the company makes enhancements to their service.
During this time, participants will be unable to view bills or make payments through E-Bill Express online or by phone. This interruption in service will not affect automatic payments.
