Prescription Medication Assistance
- Emergency prescription medication assistance is available to Health Plan participants by calling Participant Services at (877) 866-2200, Ext. 401.
Vision Care Services
- Any Vision Service Plan member who has lost or broken their eyewear due to the California fires can call VSP Member Services Support Line at (800) 877-7195 to have their VSP benefits reinstated regardless of eligibility.
- Individuals without VSP coverage can contact their local American Red Cross chapter and request a VSP eye care voucher to receive no-cost eye care and replacement eyewear.
